There is no charge for delivery on the UK mainland. For onward delivery to the islands we can arrange free delivery to the forward shipper of your choice.
All items must be paid for prior to your order being dispatched. Please see individual product details for expected delivery times. Very occasionally delivery time may go beyond the time quoted due to circumstances outside of our control and in such circumstances we will endeavour to notify you and update you as to progress, extended delivery time does not negate the order.
Our preferred methods of payment is via Nochex secure servers. Nochex is a UK based payment processor with excellent customer service.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.
In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Availability of Goods All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Returned Goods Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and goods must be in the original packaging. A full refund will be provided for the goods, we will not re-imburse return postage or carriage costs It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. Please allow up to 14 days for all card refunds.
